Sulu water-resistant laminate floors have light brown color that gives your home a gorgeous composition. This floor is very flexible as it can be installed in both wooden and concrete subfloors. This floor is easy to clean and maintain and is well suited for any room in the home (other than bathrooms). Please just use a wet (damp) swifter to sweep up messes as needed. Laminate floor planks often have some surface detail to further mimic a natural hardwood look and can have the look and feel of embossed hardwood. This floor has a width of 7.5 inches and a thickness of 12 mm. The length of the flooring planks is 48 inches. The total coverage for every box is 20.5 square feet. Laminate floors are an affordable alternative to hardwood floors. If this floor is exposed to sunlight, the colour of the floor does not fade. Other key details are:
- 72 hour Water Resistance: A star feature of this floor is that it has 72 hour water resistance. Not 100% waterproof, but pretty close. It is a superior product to other laminate floors because solid water resistance is rare in laminate floors. It gives you peace of mind as there is no fear of spills
- Easy to install: Laminate flooring has a quick lock flooring, and is designed to be installed as a floating floor. This means it “floats” by the means of an interlocking design. It is do-it-yourself (DIY) friendly as this process is easy for anyone who is new to floors
- Easy to stand on for longer periods of time: Most laminate installations include underlayment, which can make the floor feel more comfortable under foot
- Could be set directly on to your existing floor, whether tile, hardwood, or vinyl, time and energy need not be wasted on removing the existing floor
- Textured finished, the surface is durable and beautiful and it looks as good as new even years after installation
- CARB2 Compliant : Since this floor does not emit any harmful substance, it has been approved as CARB2 Compliant ( CARB2 is the highest standard in the industry)
