Everything You Need to Know
Bona QUANTUM R851 Silane-Based Wood Floor Adhesive (SKU BR851-11) is a moisture-controlling, silane-based wood floor adhesive. It gives exceptional "green grab" strength, and its elastomeric characteristics allow the adhesive to move with the wood as it expands and contracts over the life of the floor. It is zero VOC and GREENGUARD Gold certified. This listing is for one 3 US gal (11.35 L) pail, sold by the pail. Order exactly the quantity you need.
Coverage: Per Bona's data sheet, spread rate depends on the trowel notch used (see the Trowel Notch Requirements in the data sheet). For moisture protection, 30-35 sq ft per US gal with the Moisture Barrier Plus (MBP) clip-on trowel. Coverage is an estimate; actual coverage varies with the job site conditions and application method.
Key Benefits
- Easy to apply, with no arm fatigue
- Unsurpassed ridge stability for maximum adhesive transfer
- Easy to clean
